This position is both technical and client-facing so the Client Partner -Salesforce Commercial Business will be responsible to tackle complex business challenges and solve them through business improvements by delivering innovative solutions using Salesforce. If you enjoy working with multiple teams to bridge the gap between business problems and technical solutions. Then this is the role you.
We are offering an opportunity for a Client Partner -Salesforce Commercial Business with excellent people management skills to join our rapidly growing team. Your accounts will be a blend of clients with addition revenue opportunities and prospects. You must be able to forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied and referenceable customers.

Day-To-Day Responsibilities:

  • To exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets by selling Salesforce solutions into commercial accounts and within an assigned geographical or vertical market.  You will manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales, while expanding existing accounts.
  • Create a personal sales strategy/business plan that supports Teqfocus overarching corporate goals and strategies
  • Research target opportunities, generate account leads, and build a robust pipeline
  • Create and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement within the designated market sector(s).
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, priorities and pain points
  • Independently identify new sales opportunities
  • Proactively oversee assigned portfolio, identifying growth opportunities and up-sell potential within existing client base.
  • Manage the end to end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, Partners etc.
  • Organize and conduct kick-off and on-going calls with clients and internal teams to understand campaign deliverables
  • Propose creative, highly innovative solutions
  • Generate short term results whilst maintaining a long term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation.
  • Ability to negotiate contracts and terms, with the support of sales leadership and legal, through complicated contracting process

Skills Required:

  • 4+ years’ experience in a business-to-business selling environment in Salesforce Ecosystem, having an existing trusted network within the salesforce.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment.
  • Strong prospecting skills the large majority of leads will come from self-prospecting and relationship with salesforce.
  • World-class strategic sales and business development skills, this is a primary hunter role that will transition into a leadership role with success.
  • Skilled delivery of engaging, compelling sales presentations, in large group settings.
  • Strategic account planning and execution skills.
  • Strong aptitude for prioritization and multitasking in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated trend of increasing sales through outstanding sales results and leadership.
