Insurance Underwriting And Claims — Reimagined For An Agentic World.

Your underwriters are triaging submissions in spreadsheets. Your FNOL queue is backed up. Your producers are flipping between Guidewire, a broker portal, and a Salesforce tab. Your SIU team is chasing alerts with no context.

We Deliver End to-End Data Architecture to
Maximize
Insurance Value

Insurance
Four segments, one architecture

P&C, Life, Specialty, and MGA/MGU — each with its own motion.

Underwriting posture, distribution model, policy admin stack, and regulatory frame differ sharply across these four.

Property & Casualty

Personal and commercial lines — auto, home, BOP, workers' comp, GL, property.

Life Insurance

Individual life, group life, and commercial life — advisor enablement and digital application.

Specialty & E&S

Specialty programs, excess & surplus, professional lines, cyber, environmental, and niche classes.

MGA / MGU / Distribution

Program administrators, wholesale brokers, and distribution — producer 360 and delegated underwriting.

The five problems we hear most

Why most insurance commercial and ops stacks under-deliver.

Every insurance CIO, COO, and Chief Underwriting Officer we meet has already bought most of the platforms.

Underwriting submission leakage

Submissions arrive in email, ACORD PDFs, and broker portals. Triage is manual.

Claims cycle time drift

FNOL intake sits in a queue. Severity isn't classified early. Assignment routing is rules-based and outdated.

Distribution fragmentation

Producers, agencies, and MGAs see different data in different systems.

Legacy core drag

Policy admin modernization runs in the background while customer-facing initiatives wait on it.

SIU & fraud blind spots

Fraud signals live across claims, underwriting, billing, and external data — but analysts see them one alert at a time.

Agentforce for insurance — four role-scoped agents

Agents for underwriting, claims, distribution, and fraud — each governed by your controls.

Every agent is scoped to a specific role, grounded on governed Snowflake + policy admin data, and passes compliance review before production.

Underwriting Assist Agent

Submission intake, appetite classification, historical loss grounding, and first-draft quote delivered to the underwriter workbench.

FNOL & Claims Triage Agent

First Notice of Loss intake, severity classification, coverage verification, and SIU flag detection.

Producer & Agent 360 Agent

Gives producers, agencies, and MGA partners a unified view of submissions, book performance, and commissions.

SIU & Fraud Triage Agent

Correlates signals across claims, underwriting, billing, and external data to surface high-risk cases.

FAQ

Frequently asked by insurance leaders

Is the Agentforce Underwriting Assist accelerator really in production?

Yes — live with a national P&C carrier and available for demo. It’s not a slide or a sandbox. You can see the submission flow, the ACORD triage, the Snowflake grounding, and the underwriter handoff working against anonymized production-style data. Accelerator deployments start at 6–10 weeks for a single line of business on an existing FSC environment.

Do we need to replace our policy admin system first?

No — and that’s the point. Our architecture is designed to deliver policyholder, producer, and claim 360 value without a core replatform. We bridge Guidewire, DuckCreek, Majesco, and mainframe admin systems via MuleSoft + Snowflake change data capture. Core modernization can run in parallel on its own timeline without blocking customer-facing outcomes.

How do you keep underwriters, adjusters, and SIU analysts in the decision seat?

By design — every high-stakes decision (bind, reserve, pay, refer to SIU) is human-committed. Agents surface recommendations, draft quotes, draft reserves, draft referrals — with supporting rationale. The licensed professional reviews, modifies if needed, and commits. The audit trail captures both the agent’s input and the human’s final action, which is exactly what state DOIs and carrier compliance reviewers want to see.

How do you handle state DOI compliance across all 50 states?

We design for the strictest-state posture by default — then configure per-state exceptions. Rate and form filing awareness, market conduct documentation, producer licensing verification, complaint handling, and NAIC Model Audit Rule alignment are built into the FSC data model and the agent audit trail. For carriers in NY, CA, and TX we layer the additional state-specific controls — NYDFS 23 NYCRR 500, CCPA, state insurance-specific privacy rules — on the same foundation.

What’s your approach to fraud and SIU?

Correlated signals across claims, underwriting, billing, and external data — surfaced to SIU analysts as pre-built cases with context, not raw alerts. Databricks ML models detect anomalies and patterns; Agentforce assembles the evidence bundle (claim history, policy changes, related parties, prior losses) into one view. The analyst opens a case with everything already organized. Disposition, referral, and regulator reporting stay under SIU control.

How fast to a first working outcome?

For the Underwriting Assist accelerator on an existing FSC + Guidewire environment: 6 to 10 weeks to a production pilot with one line of business. For a full FSC-for-insurance implementation with producer 360 and claims integration: 14 to 20 weeks to first go-live. For a multi-line, multi-state rollout: phased — first production value inside a quarter, full rollout across the following 2–3 quarters.

Do you have named insurance references?

Yes — available under MSA for qualified opportunities. We typically provide 2–3 references matched to your segment (P&C, life, specialty, MGA/MGU), your premium scale, and the specific workflow you’re evaluating — underwriting, claims, distribution, or fraud. References cover both delivery and ongoing managed services.
